Shipping: FREE DELIVERY TO YOUR DOOR
We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible. All our shoes are shipped FREE from Rozelle and we use a courier service to ensure a fast, safe, efficient and secure transportation.
Delivery: All items will be delivered Monday to Friday. A daytime delivery address must be provided as our courier company requires that someone be available to accept and sign for the package. Accordingly, you may wish to have your order sent to a company/business address. Unfortunately PO Box addresses are not accepted. Please also note, presently we only sell and ship products within Australia, but should you wish us to deliver us internationally please email us at email@example.com.
Delivery times: We will dispatch your order within two (2) business days and send you an email confirmation. If you are in an Australian capital city, your shoes should arrive within 2–4 business days. Please note that orders to remote parts of Australia can take between 4–9 business days. We cannot guarantee delivery times; however, if you require an order urgently please contact us.
Returns and Exchanges: If you receive your shoes and you would prefer a different size or a refund, not a problem. Just email us within seven (7) days of receiving your shoes at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know. Your shoes will need to be returned to:
