Exchanges & Returns
We offer returns and exchanges on all our items. The process is simple—we have set out three easy steps for you below.
Please note we are unable to accept items for return or exchange if the goods are not in their original condition. All items must be returned unworn and with the packaging is in its original condition. When trying on your shoes please stand on a carpeted surface to ensure the soles of the shoes are not marked.
Returns and exchanges are accepted via courier or post, at the expense of the customer. Please note that the original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Three Easy Steps
- Email us at email@example.com within seven (7) days of receiving your order and let us know that you want a return or exchange. Please include all details of the items you wish to return. We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your email and send you instructions on returning the product. In relation to exchanges, please note the item you wish to have in exchange and we will check the availability of stock. If the item is not available, you will be able to select another item or choose to return the item for a refund or credit note.
- After notifying us, you then have seven (7) days to return the items. All items will be inspected on return and we will only accept items that have not been worn and are in their original packaging. You will need to return the items to us at your own expense. We always recommend that posted items be registered.
- Upon receiving the returned items, depending on your request we will either provide you with a refund, exchange or a credit note.
Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process from when the items arrive at The Parisian to the credit appearing in your bank account. The Parisian will refund the value of the item (via the original form of payment) minus the original shipping costs. You will be notified via email once this transaction has taken place.
We will continue to communicate with you, via email or phone, at various stages of the process, to ensure you are kept informed of the progress of your return and, if you have any questions, do not hesitate to email us.
The Parisian reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not comply with the guidelines and process stated above. If your item is not accepted, it will be returned to you and neither a refund nor an exchange will be granted.
Outside the seven (7) day period, we only offer refunds if the goods purchased have a manufacturing fault (this does not include wear and tear). This will be determined after the item has been returned and inspected.
